FARAI MUSHORIWA( Head of Mining, Energy & Infrastructure Law )
EXPERIENCEFarai has eight (8) years practice experience, 6 of which were achieved at Mawere Sibanda Commercial Lawyers where he was an associate partner before leaving to establish this firm.
QUALIFICATIONS
Farai is the holder of a Bachelor of Laws with Honours Degree from the University of Zimbabwe which he earned in 2008. He is a registered legal practitioner, conveyancer and notary public. He has recently completed his Master of Laws degree in Oil Gas and Mining Law with Nottingham Trent University. The focus of his studies for the last 2 years has been on international transactional law surrounding the infrastructural and extractive sector. He is a member of the International Bar Association and the World Initiative of Mining Lawyers and is the sole recommended litigation lawyer in Zimbabwe by the prestigious Global Law Experts which is an international organization that focusses on quality service delivery in the field of law.
EXPERTISE
His areas of expertise are Corporate Advisory, financial law and civil litigation. He is also a conveyancer and notary public.

ITAI VALERIE PASI( Head of Conveyancing, Securities & Property Law )
EXPERIENCEItai has six (6) years practice experience, five (5) of which were achieved at Messrs. Gill Godlonton & Gerrans.
QUALIFICATIONS
Itai is the holder of two bachelors degrees, namely a Bachelor of Business science in management studies in the field of law and Bachelor of Laws Degree, both earned from the University of Cape Town. She is the holder of a Masters in Business Administration degree with the University of Gloucestershire.
EXPERTISE
Itai’s areas of expertise are conveyancing and securities law, Banking and Insurance Law and civil litigation. She currently sits on the board of CFI which is a listed company operating in the country.

Tinashe Robin Tanyanyiwa( Head of Litigation, Banking & Financial Services Law )
EXPERIENCETinashe has five (5) years practice experience all of which were achieved at Manase & Manase Legal Practitioners which he left to join this firm’s partnership.
QUALIFICATIONS
Tinashe is the holder of a Bachelor of Laws with Honours Degree obtained from the University of Zimbabwe. He is a registered legal practitioner, conveyancer and notary public.
EXPERTISE
His area of specialty is in banking law, information communication technology regulatory law, corporate and Islamic financing structures and negotiation, intellectual property law, environmental law and corporate litigation. Tinashe presently sits on the Board of Directors of the Postal and Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (POTRAZ) and is a Trustee on the board of Trustees of the Universal Services Fund.
